2 = 12 - 16

3 = 18 - 22 (possibly a Size 24 if you're more bottom heavy - see below)

NOTES ON FIT

Fitted in the bust but with a lot of stretch and especially roomy in the hip area (13" down from the arm pit) - as mentioned above would probably work for a Size 24 who is more bottom heavy than top heavy.
